Hi, Me and some of my friends (few married couples, 6-8 people) looking to rent vacation property for a week around new year. Somewhere in florida, prefers close to the beach, as of now it doesn't matter where exactly.

Depends what your looking for, if your just looking for alone time with your friends and dont really care about checking out the city and such, Isla morada, FL is the place to go, and you can find vacation homes for cheap.

if you want the night life, the restaurants, 24 hour partying and the beach a few feet away, then south beach. but get ready to spend money.
