Turtle Beach is a nice park. Not to far from my home. If possible I might head there early and try to mark off an official spot along the water which looks paved. I personally don't have a problem with the gravel, just don't start spinning the tires I've been there and it is hard packed and shouldn't be too big of a problem.

Made some calls today.And here is one of the parks in found.

Now the only hang up is that the parking lot is made of sea shell gravel.I am trying to get them to let us park on the grass.What's killer about this location is that 50ft behind the park down turtle beach rd is a huge paved parking lot that runs along the ocean.Just check out the Google map.Let me know what you guys think of this park.Oh yea you got to go to midnight pass rd.Then you'll see the park on the right hand side

i'm taking off work because john (isuxel) is convincing me to go especially since i mght be finished modding by then. add me to the list rob lol now i'm really bad with directions. i live in west palm so how far is this drive up to sarasota or wherever this meet is????

What do the rest of you think of this park for Sundays BBQ/Meet.

If you take Midnight pass back to Turtle beach rd which leads to blind pass.Blind pass would be the perfect place to take pictures
We need to come to a decision soon, the pavillion might get rented out.Also it's cost $125.00 for a 4 hour rental.
This google map is pissing me THE F off just take the road east to Midnight pass go right and it on the right handside.

Might need to get someone's number just in case the tampa group gets a little lost as to where they are going. If captainsc rides with us then we will follow him to the spot. Also do we need to all pitch in to get the pavillion??? If so then we need to figure out how much that is going to cost us each.

I think for all things being considered LRD has done a outstanding job with all the details, so I think that we need to settle on turtle beach and reserve the pavillion so we can deal with the costs and move to the next facet of this bound to be great meet!!

Turtle beach sounds like a good spot. If we go by the list we have that are going it would only cost us 4 dollars max to reserve the pavillion. If everyone is cool with that then we are good to go. We just need a way to give someone the money beforehand or just hand it to someone at the meet after they reserved it. This will be one of the best meets of the year right along the mega meet and I can't wait
