S. Fla: Got Wheels & Tires
So i needed new tires badly and i got a great deal from a friend that had a set laying around... So, a friend of mine sent me to Got Wheels & Tires off of the palmetto and NW 25th ave (i think that was the exit LOL) and they normally do tires for his shop so i figured hes good.... i get there, walk in and hes in the shop so we get pointed over to walk in and talk to him... hes sitting in a customers car ignoring us for about 5 mins while we are trying to talk to him.... right away we knew this wasnt going to be good.. well he tells me to drive the car into the shop and he goes to drive it onto the alignment rack since the car is too low to go into a lift... BTW if my car is dropped and has a really low lip kit why would you try to drive up onto that alignment rack???? my lip/front bumper gets stuck and his employee has to lift up the front lip to be able to back out and then they bring out the 2x4's which he should of done in the first place... w/e they get the car up fine and i ask him how long & how much n he told me an hour... w/e i go to eat lunch and came back an hour later to find out that only 1 tire is mounted!!! WTF!! I go up to my rim to check out if any damage was done and sure enough theres chips and curb rash look-a-like marks all over the outer lip!! i told him WTF and he tells me the wheel had a couple nicks on the inner barrel and i tell him WTF thats the inside!! and i asked him how is he going to fix that and he goes to grab sandpaper... i was like ARE YOU EFFIN STUPID! i told him to just leave it alone and finish the other wheels and ill be on my way and never come back to this piece of ish place... While his employee is doing the other wheels, he is using that pry bar tool on my inner barrel (he flipped the wheels around after i ******ed) and is using so much force that the pry bar jumps off and knocks him in the chin LMAO he was on the floor moaning for about 5 mins... then when the other wheels are done i inspect them and sure enough they all have light cratches all around the end of the lip.. and one more wheel had a nice curb rash on it... i wasnt going to pay him but im better than that so i just paid and got the eff out of there and for sure the couple wheel companies i know are never going to send him any1 and for sure i will never send him any1 on my team...
sorry guys i just need to vent... i plan on getting new wheels in the near future but that doesnt mean you can go and treat your customers cars like trash...

Should have gotten word of mouth from a couple people and not just one or 2. Then go by the shop scope it out and see if they are working on nice modded vehicles and not ones just chilling out front. Some places have there own employee cars and they never did the work lol. We have a couple places here in the Tampa area that does good work on tire mounting and alignments,to bad your in Miami. With low profile tires and wide offset rims you need a machine with more then one attachment. You have to give people more time for the non stock rims. Saying if you want it done right with no scratches then it might take 2 hours to play it safe. If you have someone that knows there shiat then it can take them less time then that. If they had cars in front of you ,you wouldn't have received instant service. I wasn't there so I am just saying if that was a possible case. Better luck next time I guess....

they were mounting wheels on a cls55 amg! wtf and they dismounted my tires off of three piece wheels... how can they not know their shiat.. im not bashing you or anything its just that i highly recommend to not go there..
