The question is are you going to upgrade the torque converter/transmission so that it can handle the boost? You going to change the transmission to something else? That hasn't been mentioned at all....

Allowing you don't go too crazy i'd be willing to bet the stock auto can handle some extra power. Hell my v8s automatic is holding an extra 125 ft lbs of torque just fine

i dont want a HUGE *** turbo... i dont want to get big numbers lol i just want an extra something something under the hood but regardless i'd feel better if i did get a stronger tranny

PUNKY did you have to modify the tranny because I would think that the computer not seeing this extra boost cause it doesn't have a map sensor on it would freak out. Intern that would make the tranny slip, not shift into the correct gear,not correctly up shift/down shift. I would figure that you have to modify the torque converter,clutch packs,shift solenoids.
