Ok guys I need your help on sizes here. So far we have 7"x3" on the sc that size looks good for both the side and the rear. We can make what ever size we want though so give me an idea if you want a smaller size or should we keep it them all at 7x3?

You are right that is why we are going to print them and not cut them onto the vinyl.
We can cut them out but like ^^^vuiskool said the bottom portion is thin and when you go to wash your car or somthing scrapes on it the letter might peel a lot easier. I should have a sample to show you guys by today along with the cost to make them. Hang tight we are almost done.
