I've lived in florida for my whole life, and have yet to see them accurately "predict" the weather.. including hurricanes.
The LAST (or maybe the time before - i cant keep track now) time we went to the track, it was raining EVERYWHERE - except the track; and we had a blast.
Is it going to be the same thing this time? I can't say for sure.. but..
How about this - worst case scenario - we get to the track; it's raining and no sign of reopening.... we take a short drive up the road and dine/imbimbe at one of the many fine restaurants and bars in Palm Beach Gardens?

I going regardless ..As Seth said both times it rained on the way to the track. And both times while we were on the track not one drop of rain....

I had an RX350 loaner today. I swear the wipers are the scariest thing i've ever seen. They look like huge alien arms coming out of the hood to grab you (you have to see it in person, it's weird).
I was sitting at a light and wondering why the car was rocking side to side .. it was the WIPERS. I wonder how long the motors on those things are going to last

So my bottles are at the place being topped off...
If anyone has a set of spare 18's (that will clear my calipers) with DR's that they want to bring along.......

I agree, if rain is in the forecast count me out too. I'd rather wait for when I know for sure the weather is clear.

I swear guys some times I think half of you forget that we live in Florida.This is the rainy season people. .Like Seth mentioned earlier worst case we all go to a restaurant and chill out ..But in all honesty I'm going to believe that the racing will go on,, period...Positive reinforcement, try it folks .
On the bright side members - I Received a call from John Brown of the NSCRA tonight .And he offered to make some calls to help us out for this meet.And within two min. I received a call from Mike the track manger of PBIR. He offered to set up a photo opp .They would like to set us up near the mobile dyno for a big group shot to be posted on their website.And tomorrow I'm hoping to get a call concerning a discounted gate price ..We'll see,I be sure to update everyone as soon as I find out..
