Guys, the Bar-B-que idea sounds great but we have to keep in mind that there's going to be a lot of free loaders(Non CL members) that will be there and want to eat and drink for free.

When you throw 20-30 burgers on a grill it's going to be hard to manage it so as Oztiks posted he's going to try to bring a grill by but it's going to be a small one so if you want to bring some type of food to grill it's every man for himself. That's my $.02

hmmm starting to wonder if it's better to just bring snacks instead of stuff to grill....nothing beats bbq though

A small cooler with refreshments(Alcoholic or Non-Alcoholic) whatever rocks your boat and some sandwiches and you should be good..

Richard Seth is bring the grill .But it's a small grill which will work fine for what we need it for.

Amen to that brother.It's not so much the $$$ .But these individuals help themselves without really helping us...

Listen bring what your going to cook and that's it .Lets take care of ourselves we're all big boys here.Lets not turn this into a big deal with lists and things.

And on that note Seth if the box truck can make it out that would be awesome .But this meet is about having fun so don't stress yourself out brother..Lets forgo the genny.I think the weather should be nice enough..

So it ok to bring your on meat?just wanna be clear.I'm not being cheap.just not dumb.Seith do you need anything to fire up the grill?

This is where I think.that if we start winning cash for best "club".we can use the funds for things like this.just my .02cents.

Also stuff is expansive at the track.we got 34 members on the list.at $10 each we got $340 bucks.that enough for soda,water,meat,etc for all 34 members.
