Extra extra read all about it slight detour N. meets S. caravn
I'll start by suggesting Pompano service plaza. We'll be able to meet up with members who are coming from down south via the turnpike .Then from there it's a straight shot to JM.But this open to any other suggestions..

Hey south Florida members, I'm sure by now some or maybe a few of you have notice the thread started by Bluelex . The topic being a discussion about their caravan down to S.Florida and which route works the best for the members involved.And I saw there were debates as to which Hwy to take .Ultimately I95 won out, glad you guys closed that chapter..
So where does that leave us the south members ???
Simple guys we all can agree on this one common fact !!!
We all want to arrive to JM together as CLFL members... So what I'm now suggesting is a meet for us from the dirty south at Towers at 11 AM.From Towers we'll group up and ride north on I95 and exit Sample Rd heading west.There on the right hand side just 1/8 of a mile is a shopping plaza . On the corner of Sample and Andrews ave.Then hopefully if everything goes smoothly, we will then regroup with our northern brothers and ride out from there .Just bare in mind that the members from central and north Fla. will have made a drive of 140-180 miles plus.
So fellas what do you all think ? Can we do this instead of Pompano service plaza..

The Towers thing sounds good to me! It's a Sunday so the parking lot shouldn't be that full and should have ample parking for the 40-50 cars that will show up.
Man but the drive to JM will be a headache with all the lights, the caravan will be in sections due to some cars being caught at stop lights. Doesn't anyone have a fake siren to block off every intersection as we roll through?

How about the south guys meet at towers the take 595 to 75 to Sample the meet the north guys by Al Hendrickson toyota the roll in to JM which is right accross the street.. Just my $0.02
