dre , that was some funny chit there

rubbing my stomach because i am getting out of shape , not going to the gym as dedicated as i used too , i guess being 45 slows some things down but i have committed one last time to restart my journey at the gym dedicated and surpass my peak bench which was 405 solid and go for 450 , surpass my squatts which was 525 and shoot for 600 (if my knees will hold up)


anyways , BIG J i was only joking , my numbers will not be up to yours nor will my build be as fast as yours but i think once i am done i could give you alittle fight , maybe..i figure mid to high 5's on pump and low to mid 6's on 103 unleaded should make and keep me happy
