Body Work estimate? Help...

From knowledge or expericene, what do you think this will cost to repair, and repaint?

I can either have this one repaired, new fender and painted, or a junkyard GGP fender swap.

Leaning towards the swap, but it's a rare find...

fender swap and paint....aside from the cost of fender painting can range to about $150
