Paint Cost Estimate
I was wondering if any of you guys could give me an estimate on what you think this should cost to fix. My boy at Maaco's said he could fix it for $175 in one day, and that there was a slight chance of a halo effect in bright sun light as he was not repainting the entire quarter panel or the entire bumper. I went to two other rep. shops and they said it would cost between 900 and 1000. Do you guys know of any other places.

The only paint shop I trust is the one at JM Lexus which is Lexus authorized and can guarantee perfect colour match.
That said, it looks like you have surface paint there doesn't look like an actual scratch through the clearcoat. Have you tried using nu-finish scratch doctor.

uh..oh.. better get MAACO,
anyone with common sense would stay away from a place that can paint a whole car for $199 . If I recommend any other shop than Lexus stealership or give an estimate, I'd get banned or my post magically disappear
BTW, tell the guys who gave you $900-1000 quote to fix those couple nicks to lay off that crack
