Been awhile... I sold that Red 95 to a guy at the beaches and then picked up a Black Sc430. I ended up trading the Sc430 for a Tundra. I like to keep it in the Toyota family.

Whaaa, it's news to me. I would've liked to have taken a spin in that 430...I have a GS430 now, but wonder what an SC430 would've felt like. My buddies dad has one, but he wont let me take her out for a spin......

Lol.. My Sc430 was a slug. I think my Tundra would've walked it. I got the beat down in the Sc several times against an Is350.

It's that damned drive by wire system. I'm sure the Tundra doesn't have it. If our 3UZ-FE's were setup like the 1UZ-FE's they would have that pickup from the get-go.
I would have thought the v8 in the 430 could have moved out when needed. Wouldn't think it as a slug.

I think its just the way the car feels. It handled like a Lincoln town car, there was nothing sporty about how the car felt.

If we can get enough people around here to commit, I'd like to get something going once a month/week or so like the Orlando guys do. The supra community never wanted to go cruise or meet up when some of us tried to get meets going, maybe the lexus crowd will prove more willing. See you guys later on.

It was good seein' you again man! Sorry the weather didn't cooperate with us. Decent turn out for an impromptu meet. 5 of us including myself. Like I said, if we can get enough people in on this then we should look into getting something going monthly. If not, screw it. Beers, burgers, and football at my house.
