So finally got a hold of the park people. Al Lopez park has about 4 available shelters, for up to 50 people, available for the 13th so no worries about that. Its $80 plus a $50 security deposit. Im new to this soo how do you guys usually do this...one person pays and then collects money at the park which could be a pita...or an older/trusted member can provide his paypal and we can all paypal him $5 and he can call the park and pay or something.

figuring out how much to charge each car and collecting has to be a PITA.

 

Damn I kinda found out now that i might be able to make this but it seems that all the rooms are booked fml....... prob gonna make the trip up and stay at my sis in laws in kissimee then head out or something to meet up

ok i can go ahead and pay for the shelter now, if one of the organizers agrees to collect the money and give it to me at the park...i might only be there for a little bit and i dont wanna go around and ask ppl for money...let me know.
