Default Is the price negotiable?

Thanks in advance for helping me out. I am considering purchasing a 2007 GX470 with 15k miles (yes, low) from LexusofClearwater. Does anyone know anything about LofC or Lexus dealers in general when it comes to price? Historically speaking, as we all know dealers will move on the price a bit but is that also true with Lexus dealers? Below, I have included the added options on the GX (which total $6389) and their asking price. Is it reasonable to request they come off the price and if so how much? They are asking $39,991. Again thanks in advance and I'm glad to have found this forum. I'm sure it will be a useful tool as long as I own my Lexus!

Every dealerships knock up the price doesnt matter what brand it is. They do this so that they wont lose anything when you are trying to deal them down on the price.

Right, but...is their asking price (they say it's below kbb and nada) reasonable if not what should I offer? $500, $1000 less, etc? Thanks again!

If they say below n.a.d.a then the price for clean retail is $33,600. Dealerships are crazy, find a wholesaler who will take you to the auctions. More than likely they are not into that car for more than 27k. They probably won't do this, but ask to see the paperwork for what they payed then make a reasonable offer. Good luck.

Usually the price they pay for a car like that is less then blue book trade in value. Remember one thing the price you see they advertise for does not includes tax, tag, stamp, docs, and other BS fees. If i was to go buy it my offers would be either $38,000 Out The Door price or $35,000 plus the fees
