Alright Tee you ask for it . Shirt steak in special sauce was a secret recipe past down to me. But now I'm forced to reveal the process.
1. First you need the sweatiest undershirt you can find.
2. Take the skirt steak and rape it in the shirt. Salt not needed
3. Place the raped steaks in said shirt and place them in a 2 gallon ziploc.
4. Add Korean bbq sauce w/ green onions.. Let Marinade for 24hrs

Reggie this is more of an intimate setting, candles, wine, tablecloths and close friend thing... So stop on by ..
