Cam gear pulley removal help needed

Guys, i have a leak in the VVTi gear also need to replace the camshaft seals.. How can i take it off w/o removing the valve cover off?

well for oe your going to need a tension pller bec you dont want to bend the gear which is very easy to...(happen to me before) and a new gear is about 175 from dealer...and once you pull of the casing then you can do everything right there without removing valve cover

removing valve cover not entirely necc .. if you remove tension on most forward facing cam cap and use a flat head to get it pop just abit you can pull the cam seal out cleanly and evenly replace it..but be careful on the vvti side it needs to go back on a certain way
