Default Need some insight on Job Market in Tampa, Orlando area

Wasup Florida members. I am posting up in this section to get somewhat of a view on how the job market is out in the Tampa / Orlando region. I currently reside in NYC and looking to get out (Although I am sure I will hear a few former NYC'ers not do the transition). I am looking for a different pace in life and hear the pace is much more calmer down in Florida. So whatever advice/thoughts you have, feel free to post them up..

Thanks!

Well it would depend on what type of degree u have. A lot of work down here is office based, not a ton of factory work. Pretty much everything requires a degree now and days.

Uhm, what are your qualifications?
I have stores looking to hire in Pinellas Park, Palm Harbor, Wesley Chapel, Tarpon Springs, Sarasota, and a few other areas. But automotive related.

The store on 66th Street & 102nd Ave might be.
The store in Palm Harbor (US 19N) might be.
The store in Largo (Belcher & East Bay) might be.
I'll check on Thur. I have a meeting in Ocala all day. I have Corporate member coming by on Monday. By wed, I can post.
As for pay, based on experience. Pay is decent for entry level.
First you need to apply online www.goodyear.com/careers and find a billet close to the area you want. Then after you apply, contact me afterwards to this e-mail addy: gsr2428@goodyear.com
Send me your full name, phone number, what billet you applied for & what location. I can then forward your info up & try to accellerate the process.

I know the feeling. My wife told me she didn't want the new car next year as planned, so she gave me stamp of approval to buy a GT-R next year.
Unless something else catches my eye.
I'll give her my 2011 is350 so I can still drive it when I want.

Yeah, you still have to apply at one. then send me your info that I need to forward. I already talked to three of the managers on the pinellas side about someone looking for PT. They are ok with it.
So let me know when you get your part done so I can get my part started.
