Food contribution list

Alright members most of you are familiar with the process. But just to be safe I'll bring it up for those who are not. When we hold these BBQ / MEETS . We don't charge for food, drinks or anything that has to do with running a mega size bbq . However we do ask that each and everyone of you who intend to participate,please contribute to the event. . Please don't bring money !!! That won't help us. Please understand we're not asking for much. Example: 1 pack of hot dogs with buns, 1 box of six hamburgers patties w/buns, dozen chicken legs "seasoned", two-three bags of chips, water,soda and sides. I'm sure you all get the idea. If your rolling in with 5,6,7-12 friends then contribute accordingly.

Chime in with what your bringing to the bbq . As the list grows I will continue to update it .Thank you everyone for making these event possible. Without your continued support we would not be having our third meet.

With the 5 dollar contribution on the day of the event .Your 5 dollar donation helps pay for the pavilion and all utensils, plates, napkins, cups, condiments etc etc .

We don't charge for food nor drinks . This is a community effort. We all pitch in and we all can enjoy.
