please l , just follow me and disband with the needless scarcasm , please, I ask to keep this thread unpolluted or you/any member will be asked to exit the thread nicely .
this sit down open discussion means the world to me and i dont want to indulge in any form of ribbing , bickering or just plain nonsense .
i am movin alittle slow to schedule for 1 reason .. i want the thread to be visable just alittle longer as theirs still others who stop by from time to time an read but dont post becuase of various reasons . i want to give as many old and new members a chance to digest exactly what this venue is about and a chance to chime in with the their support and commitment

Since its Ed's idea, let him decide where he wants to have it. The time is where the problem will be, because there is no way you can please everyone. Just give enough notice, and whoever shows up, shows up.

LRD , .(my apologies if you thought that my above comments were just directed to you as they were not for their were a couple of previous posts from a couple of others with some undertones of scarcasm within them ), however , your current reply was filled with them and is not needed , and please edit your post about the jm thing . i did not mention anything in your thread about that so please dont pollute mine with it for one has zero to do with the other..
if anyone has specific things or extras to add , please lets take it offline ..
its going to remain a sitdown dinner , so no more posts about this and that , please

andrew , it will happen , just some people just need to understand what my objective here is .. i want club lexus back as a community being a community has nothing to do with jm lexus or any other corp organization .

Okay guys. I had asked for the thread to be closed to.let things cool for a minute, its back open and I ask please no more about doing this or that.
Now that being said a location has been chosen and I've alreay solidified details with the general manager
Location is BJ'S BREWERY on pines Blvd just east of flamingo on the south side of pines Blvd. The outdoor patio is perfect for our intended purpose without the added noise from inside. The general manager has agreed to set up the outdoor with 5-6 tables in a row so we can all sit and talk as a mature group. We will have a 15 minute window of time from the start time.or we lose our deal. For a group this large we will have 1 check and every one needs to have cash on hand for whatever you order. (Please for simplicity sake)

avail dates are either 10/20 or 11/10 .. last week of oct and first week on nov ill be out on a cruise
so lmk which date work for the MAJORITY
