Before we start, I'd like to thank everyone of our members for supporting and attending this annual event. This event has grown over the years. And it's all because of your support
. Thank you.

Caravan location and time
We will meet at the Sheridan St. Park and Ride facility located directly behind the Hollywood water tower. Sheridan exit and I95 SW corner. We'll meet there from 10am til 10:30am. Departure time 10:45am
Food & refreshment
Food will be sold by Delroy's Jerk Pit on the menu is jerk chicken and pork served with rice and peas and steamed veggies. Cost $7.00 a dish. Very important note There will be someone collecting money for the food in the pavilion. Once paid you'll be giving a ticket, for which ever dish you choose .
Refreshments is BYOB . "bring your own bottle" . All I ask of our attendees is please bring your own cooler and ice...
Adult beverages must be placed in red plastic cups a must do !!
Event T-shirts
The color for the T-shirts this year will be navy blue w/ white lettering . . Cost $5.00 here are the available sizes

Now to answer some ??
The amount of shirts ordered are based on the amount on the list , My goal is to have enough shirts for our members and maybe some left over. I wish there was a science to ordering these thing.

I will start a list and then set aside all the sizes that have been requested , Sorry but no small ladies tees. I have a116 tees being made . the shirts will be 5 dollars a pc., The ladies and some of our buff guys, me included
can thank Concavo wheel for this. Their contribution has allowed me to keep asking price of 5 dollars. If it not for Concavo help . The Ladies shirts would of been 7.50. , And the larger men sizes are as high as 7.50-9.50. . So thanks Concavo for your contribution,
Lots of great free swag from Concavo wheels to everyone who shows up. T-shirts, Iphone 4s covers, Lic plate frames and etc, etc . . I'm working with Concavo to give one of our lucking member's an amazing grand prize. Stay tuned

A member brought up a very good point . One that I did touch on in the early stages of this thread. As you all know,we have Delroy cooking and selling pork and chicken. We also have two open grilles if any of us want to bring burgers , dogs or whatever . The other option is bring the these items and I will ask Delroy to prepare it for the kids. We'll serve them first and make sure they're all setup .
