Default 2007 GS 350 Maintenance

Hello everyone, I am sort of new to the forum and I like to get some straight answers regarding the
maintenance of my car.

I bought a 2007 GS 350 with 73500K miles and I intend to keep this car for a while so what is the exact maintenance parts/labor required?

I would like to change the transmission fluid and the differential fluid? Even though Lexus states that tranny change is not necessary, I still would like to have a peace of mind.

Is there someone in Orlando who can work on the GS 350 professionally without the dealer labor price?

Any suggestion or advice is deeply appreciated.

Thank you all.

Hello pilot, seeing with the amount of miles that you have on your car you will need to look over a couple things. Fluids wise you will need to do your coolant, brake, diff. The trans fluid is a 100k service interval and it isn't the regular type of trans fluid you can get off of the shelf. I would wait till 100k and do it at the dealer or someone that can have access to the fluid and the special tool to check the fluid level. Every 15k we recommend that you do your a/c filter, engine filter and wiper inserts (saying you have the oem blades). It would be good to do your spark plugs and induction service cause the early model IS and GS models have a tendency of excessive carbon buildup and oil blown by. Your vehicle my by be under the (TSB) technical service bulletin for a engine misfire unless that has already been taken are of. The front timing gear covers have a issue with oil leaks ,so next time you have a oil change done have them check and see if the cover is leaking oil. If you have nav and you want to know what the version of the disc is you can go to menu and map dvd in the right corner. The most recent update is 12.1 ,but I think next month they should have a update coming out. Let me know if you need any other info.
