Anyone can help me install Illuminated door sill on my 2010 IS250

I'm in Orlando area and just got those. I know the connection is there but I don;t think it';s plug n play. I will appreciate if someone can help me install those or knows a reasonable shop that can do it.

It doesn't help me. It's not plug n play. My car is a 2010 as mentioned.
