There's two aspects of the Meet/Barbeque to consider. There's the cost for the Pavilion and food.
John has already put down a deposit to reserve the Pavilion out of his own money and the cost needs to be shared amongst everyone. I'm not sure if John wants everyone to Paypal him $5 or bring it to the Meet/Barbeque. In terms of food, just bring what you would like to eat. John will make a post/thread about how we will get him the money to cover the cost of the Pavilion and the food plan..

For example, I'll bring Hamburgers and Buns...

The pavilion is paid for. $116.00 divided by how many members are attending. As it has always been, we ask that everyone bring something to the table. Example




1.//LRD + 1 box of hamburgers / buns
2.Teelex food to be announce
3.WickedSC Burgers / buns
4.iRyan two cases of water
5.Stitch626 hot dogs / buns

you know I'm in...its the day after my daughter's first b-day party...so i'll be there tired as ever but there lol...count me in for a couple cases of water

There is a separate dog park area. I don't believe dogs can run freely.
