Hello everybody, this is for anyone who is looking for trusty Japanese brand HID's with that crystal blue look. This kit hasnt been used much and is less than half a year old. Brand is Bellon.
I dont really see the need to post up pictures of the actual kit but here is the actual xenons in action.

It is the typical HID kit that looks pretty much brand new, here is a picture of that.
(seem to have misplaced my camera, cannot take a picture at this moment, will get back to this post though)
also, phml, what cutoff line? this is a 9006 hid kit...theres no line.

You should provide the actually maker of the ballast and bulbs, japan doesnt make hid bulbs so the bulbs are from china, and most aftermarket ballast are made in taiwan.
