Default 99 Yamaha R1 with 31k miles, $4800

as stated above, chicagoland area pickup or reasonable delivery only. i have 2 bikes...one should go, but doesnt HAVE to...

if you are a beginner, i wouldnt suggest buying this. this is a 1000cc bike and can be difficult to control at times.

anyways, i just had the coolant flushed and oil changed (i have receipts), and installed a blue windshield, light blue headlights, led brake lights, carbon fiber rear hugger, carbon fiber mirrors, and an on-board trickle charger. it also has a hindle titanium full exhaust so you never get burned.

all it needs is a new rear tire and rear brake pads. other than that, this bike is a real head turner. i ride this bike almost everyday, but since i have two bikes, i'd be willing to sell this one. this bike has never failed to start. the best part of this bike is easily the power that it generates.

riding season is around the corner!!! just checking if there's any interest on CL...

How do you jet a fuel injected bike?? I thought you could only re-map a fuel injected bike and jet a carburetted bike? I am asking because I am curious, I am not trying to be a smartass.

Glad I could help man. Was he talking about Jet-Coating the pipes or an actual jet kit?? Maybe he was talking about jet-coating and not jet-kits. Best of luck with the sale man,
