actually i was looking into the lighting and interior accesories.. more japan doesnt have any garson and the garson website is only in japanese and i cant read japanese.. can anyone help me?

For the sites in japanese, you can use google to translate the site. its a bit hard to understand some of the translations, but it works. heres the garson site translated link.
