For sale is an almost new 80 gig black video Ipod. I got this for Christmas and do not really have any use for it. It has about 30 gig of music on it and all original accessories. It has a few scratches on the back which you can see in the picture, nothing major. What do you mean by format the songs? They are all on it as MP3s. I would assume it would still fall under warranty protection seeing as how it is only like a month old.

it depends on how the ipod is set up. if you tell it to update the songs it will format it if you dont have the music on your comp. there are programs that keep this from happening though and that would help if you bought it. GL
