FS: Brand New Philips D4S HID Bulbs
I am selling two(2) BRAND NEW Philips D4S XenEco bulbs(part # 42402). They are a whole new generation of more environmentally safe and yet powerful HID bulbs. The bulbs are 100% mercury free and also have better illumination than their predecessors in terms of lumen level.
The new XenEco D4S bulbs also have a crispier, more bluish / white color (4800K vs. 4300K) without sacrificing the essential lighting power at all. You still get +600lm more / bulb than the traditional D2S even with the white color many of us search for.

You would need to change ballasts with these. You cannot just change the bulbs only.
The difference is brightness. It is brighter then the D2.
Do a search on the forums and there should be some great info on these. I believe most newer Lexus all uses D4 bulbs now.
