sorry, only 200 shipped with no bulbs

$250 shipped with bulbs.
*these aren't cheapy knock off hid kits. bulbs retail for 100 and the ballast retails for at least 160 each. do the math. its already a steal for what i'm getting rid of them for.

i have a local friend whose planning to buy the whole kit/w bulbs for 250 within a week, thats if he will come through with his words.
