Selling because I am upgrading to a 800cc Honda Interceptor.

This is not the YZF R6. This is the YZF 600R. This bike has a more up right rider position. More comfortable for a daily traveler. Check the Yamaha website for the differences between the two bikes.

Only 900 miles. Was dropped once while standing. I parked it in the street one day and someone trying to park right next to me hit it and it fell. Minor hair line crack on the right fairing.

Beautiful Bike, and good luck with the sale. I just sold my 2002 YZF600R a couple weeks ago. It's a great bike, with about 90 horsepower stock. The brakes are incredible (I believe they are lifted from the original R1), and I really love the more comfortable riding position as opposed to the R6, yet it can still carve the canyons with ease.

I replaced it with a Suzuki VZ800 Marauder, a nice cruiser bike. If I had the funds, I would have gone with the VFR as you are doing, as it's also a great all-around bike.

I also put the bike in the local paper and so far I got young adults barely out of there teens who have no funds. They want to trade things for it like its a Pokemon card.
