Default OEM Denso Ballasts and pair Phillips 4300k HID bulbs

i have here a used set of original denso ballasts. These are made by denso for toyota and lexus as we all know.
i used these for my headlights but i have put in a different set of headlights for now which don't require the oem ballasts and bulbs. The bulbs are original phillips 4300k bulbs (D2S) and have been used for about 20-30 hours since they were new.
Both ballasts and bulbs work just fine as i have put them in the headlights and tried them out numerous times. Am asking 200 plus shipping and if paying wth paypal, add 3%. BTW, price is obo. And the first best offer takes it.
paypal: seunomits@yahoo.com
here is a pics of the package. items will be packed nicely and bulbs will be put in those bulb holder thingys hid bulbs come in. The ballasts also come with those clips ballasts clip into.

If used with projectors, they are fine an should not be 9006. projectors use D2S or D2R and not 9006 but if to be used for 9006, they can be converted by just snapping the wires and connecting to a 9006 head.
let me know.
i also believe they are waterproof as they are OEM and what we have on our lexuses.
not totally sure though but there are tonnes of places to mount under the hood/bumper where it will never get wet. even people with a/market ballasts mount under hood and never get wet.
let me know.

you should NOT directly power HID from stock halogen wiring harnesses.

the safe way to do it is to use the stock wiring to switch a relay, while drawing power directly from the battery.
