WTB: Cingular phone or unlock phone ASAP

Need a cingular phone. Had Ericson Z520 then LCD screen broke. Need a replacement ASAP. SIM card option would be great. Paypal ready!

i have a motorola v600, it's ready for cingular, quad band, vga camera, bluetooth, speaker phone, java 2, video playback, charger, handsfree earpiece. i'm asking $50 which is what the phone recycling people told me they would pay for it.
