heres some pics
the hardwire kit is great , i ran front between windshield and dashboard so you dont see it at all , i mounted it low on the dash for city driving and use the cig adapter and mount it up high while on road trips on the hwy for better distance

free bump for one of the best radar detectors ive ever used (and still use). IMO better then the valentine1 when it comes to detection distance and a handful of different whistler models (both dash mount and 360 bumper mounted systems) i have owned. the cool thing about this x50 is if you ever decide you want to upgrade it to work with escorts laser jamming system its available as an "add-on" as well. the microprocessor in the x50 can also be flashed/reprogrammed and updated to detect new types of radar so you can keep using this in the future instead of throwing it in the trash if the police ever start using different bands.
