thinking of getting an SLR. New to the digital photography scene. interested in taking pictures of people and cars if it matters.

thinking of the canon rebel xti on ebay but figured someone wanted to get rid of theirs and go buy a new camera.

going rate for a xti rebel is about 450-500 on ebay for brand new

let me know whatcha got... if things dont work out i'll just buy the ebay one

my cousin is selling his 20d (better than XTI). I've used it, it's in great shape and works perfect. I thnk he's asking 400-450. BTW, the XTi on eBay, BE VERY CAREFUL! go to sellerreviews.com (I think) and type in the name of the seller. there are a LOT of sellers that sell them cheap, then make you call them to "complete" your order. they try and tell you the battery it comes with only lasts 15 minutes and you need to buy a battery for $89. then you have to buy there warranty. if you don't, they just tell you it is out of stock or will take 8 weeks to ship. serious, look in to it.
