- It has 2 USB ports on the left side, where the CD/DVD drive is also located. There are 4 USB ports in the rear, along with a DVI-out and S-Video Out. It also came with a HD-component dongle that plugs into the S-Video out, to allow for an HD connection to a TV or monitor.

- It is upgradable up to 4GB RAM, and you can also install a larger HDD if you wish. Dell currently offers up to 320GB at 5400RPM, 200GB at 7200RPM, and even a 164GB at 10,000RPM!

- I just purchased this laptop last March from Dell. It's been a PHENOMENAL laptop since Day 1. It's extremely durable, and surprisingly thin and light-weight for a 17".

- The ONLY reason I'm even considering selling it is simply because I'm a huge gamer (as you would probably guess), and I would like to purchase an even bigger/badder laptop. I spent $3381.39 at the time of purchase for this laptop, with all the bells and whistles.

- There is currently a little under 2 years left under Dell's full service plan, which includes third party at home service with nights and weekends, and 24x7 Technical Support. Pretty much...if something breaks, they come and REPLACE it. Simple as that. :]

- The laptop originally came with Vista Home Premium installed, which I can re-install if you like. Currently, I am running XP Pro. I will do a fresh OS install, with full drivers, any additional software tweaks to have it running top-notch at the time of purchase.

- I am looking to sell locally. I don't want to have to ship it anywhere. I live on the Naval Base San Diego, 92316.

SIDE NOTES:

- I will be including a 17" Notebook Carrying Case with the laptop. It is an over-the-shoulder style. Comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Free.

- I will include a brand new, unopened copy of Microsoft Office 2007 for an additional $100. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Publisher.

- Here's a screen-shot I took while playing Age of Conan on 1920X1200 with 4X Anti-Aliasing and 16X Anisotrophic Filtering. You can see my FPS at the top left of the picture. Conan is a VERY graphically-demanding game, anyone who plays knows this. As a suggestion, I do recommend using some kind of laptop chill pad to keep Conan running well.
