Looking for GTA IV, and that high speed car game everyone was waiting on when the PS3 launched where they race through the city.... what was it?

All things PS3, prefer bulk or lots over medium priced individual items. Since I am new to PS3 I need to buy as much as possible at one time. Nickel and diming will kill me.

 

Hmm only racing games at launch I can think of are Ridge Racer 7 and Need for Speed Carbon.

Forgot to mention.... no first person shooter games please. I have Rainbow 6 and I played it ONCE.
