seriously though...... we're not talking much diff in price for the 2nd gen.... one word: speaker.
built in speaker....... while not an impressive one, it it the WORLD of difference having a speaker.... ANY speaker.
Just being able to play games without putting headphones on......

Lol, I had 2, one 8gb and a 16gb but I'm going to give the 8gb to my sister for her xmas present. Of course, I would gladly trade my 16gb for an 8gb iPhone or 16gb iphone + cash *cough OLT cough* 
. Then again, I only want an iPhone just to lessen the stuff I carry around but its no biggie
If you really want my 16gb one, I'll sell it to you for $300ish or whatever it is to buy a 2nd gen Touch (I paid...$407.28 for it brand new). That way I can immediately pick up a 16gb gen 2 since I don't have another mp3 player (I use it when I drive and stuff). Its prehacked with the newest hacked OS. I think its 2.2 or something. I don't know why I hacked either since iono how to do much to it anymore (I buy my games

I also have 2 cases for it, an iSkin and a Shades Cases that I can sell along with it if you buy it. I used to have the InCase Slider but that just cracked so I just recently ordered a Shades Case to replace it. Its in pretty fair condition. Never dropped but has a couple scratches on the back from the InCase Slider. I could take some metal polish to buff it out if you decide to get it but with it being in a case most of the time, I always forget
I still have the original box/receipts if you plan on buying it. Let me know if you want it. I plan on going to Vegas from Dec 29-Jan 1
