just go to the Vendor classisfied threads, there's alot of vendors that can get you an order. i actually placed and order already for some with P.G. Will.
How much are you looking to spend? Cuz I would recommend you get Belezza brand. Although its nice to have neck pads, the JP ones are made pretty cheap....
I think in the vendor sales they were 15 each? I bought mine but found they were WAY too hard, it's like pushing your head and neck forward by a 6 inches it hurts...
I took the foam out (it's just foam inside, and it's not soft foam either, I can barely press it in...) and bought 2 shape form pillows (20each), cut it into 4 sections. I used the bigger side and stuck it in, MUCH better... and if I still feel it's too big, I can swap for the smaller side...
