you're asking $40-42 for a used game that costs $39.99 New?
(only true for Midnight Club LA, rest are properly priced)

 

last i checked the game was 59.99, the prices of these games do fluctuate on a weekly basis from 40-60 dollars. if you want it, just make me a fair offer, its as good as new. I paid 60 + tax for it, so to me what I am asking is not too bad.
