Smile OEM HID bulbs (2-pair)
I have used HID that came out of my 3gen GS430. Its both left and right bulbs. Nothing is wrong with them I just changed to 6k color for my HID and Fogs so I have no need for them. I believe these will work in all the Lexus makes but please clarify before purchasing.

They will ship in the box and plastic tubes as you see. This is how my new bulbs where shipped to me.
