FS: Canon 30D with Sigma len, 2gb card & 2 batteries for $500
Looking to sell my Canon 30D that i just picked up used from a buddy less then 2 months ago. Reason is because i really want the 40D and i found one but NEED to sell this one first before i can pick up that one. Nothing wrong with the camera, its just that the 40D was always my first choice and my buddy gave me this offer for his 30D that i couldnt resist.
That camera has been owned for about 15 months between the 2 of us. But the warrenty card has never been filled out. The camera has never been abused. Original owner sold this because it was his back up that he never used after picking up his 1D.
I also have a Sigma 28-80mm lens that he gave me to start off, that i will be throwing into this sale. 2GB CF extreme II card, 2 batteries and of course the original box with all the cables and manuels. (since this was my first SLR, i actually opened up the manuels and read those damn things so it wont be perfectly new and seal like the rest of the package)
I would like to sell this locally so whoever wants to buy it can check it out in person and get a feel for it before purchase it. But am willing to ship but buyer will have to pay the 3.9% paypal fee and shipping. I will have pictures up later tonite. Thanks for looking.
SOLD
***If i can not sell this before the 40D is sold then i will be keeping this baby.***

Not a bad deal -- you may want to include actuation count so ppl can get a sense for usage.
Also fyi.. I picked up a Refurbed 40D from Adorama for $700 -- you might want to check that out.

^^^Thanks. How would i find out the actual count? Is there a program i can use? Sorry complete noob to this. But i know its less then 10K.
I saw the refurbed ones, but the idea of refurbed ones just doesnt do it for me. I prefer a well taking care used one compared to a refurbed one.

nice deal!
i don't know of a way to get actuation count on 30D... maybe from number of latest image?
this site has a program for 40D/50D/1Dxx etc., but it doesn't work on 30D http://astrojargon.net/EOSInfo.aspx
and we both know where you can get one.
GLWS!

But if we take the number from the last image as of tonite that magic number is 6682
But here are some pictures of the camera that i took with my PnS Sony.

Bump! Come on guys!!! If i cant sell this soon then i'm just gonna HAVE to take it off the market. I bought this camera to use, and i havent used it in like 2 weeks so that my shutter count wont go up to help this sale.
