I don't see why they wouldn't work
They're universal, and should fit just fine, because the rear windows on a Murano aren't so big and these are sized small.

lemme look into some measurements on the rear windows and I'll let you know...these stick into the window channel correct?

yes sir that is correct, via 3M double sided tape which is already on the railings with the red seal still on it - ready to install.

any way you can take them out of the box just for a picture? I think size-wise they'd work but I wanna make sure they're not too far off my interior color.
