L-medallion of the airbag or of the same size off of an accessory needed for my "Lexus" LT-470 (converted Tundra). Thanx!

Anyway, nice pics. The Tundra is a great truck. At first, by your first post, I thought you had changed the front end of your truck to look like the LX470. I was thinking it was like some people do with Chevy trucks - they put the 1st gen. Escalade front end on it. I was wondering how someone could do that with the Tundra b/c the truck isn't like the LX in the way Chevy's are JUST LIKE the Escalade
How did you get the emblems on the wheels and grill? I'll resize the pics and post them if you want.

Feel free to post pics. No, the LX470 is a dressed up Land Cruiser, which is a dressed up Tacoma. The Tundra is on a much larger and beefier chassis. The Sequoia front end will fit a Tundra, and some have made that conversion. It is somewhat ironic that Toyota markets their biggest and best SUV as a Toyota and not as a Lexus!
I used a black plastic backing behind the grille badge to hide the Toyota double oval, and just drilled out the centers of the wheel caps to accept Lexus centers.
The lexus dealer is not to thrilled with me because of all the people who come there wanting to buy the Lexus pickup truck that they've seen driving around.

The Land Cruiser is actually on it's on platform, seperate from the Tacoma which shares it's platform with the current 4Runner. But, the LC and LX do share the same platform and engine as the LX, LC, Tundra, and Sequoia which is a modified version of the 1UZ-FE Lexus block.
As for the Sequoia being bigger, it's really a good deal IMO compared to the Land Cruiser. It's cheaper, has more room, a more recent chassis design and the same engine as the LC, it's a no brainer
I think Lexus may, in the LX's future, us the Sequoia's platform for the new LX, so it will be bigger. However, that is still speculation.
As for obtaining the "L" from an airbag, I would suggest going to the dealer since they have old unusable airbags. But, I know they blow them up and send them back to the factory. It'll be difficult to get a hold of unless you know someone, and difficult even then.

No luck so far with dealers. Shiny chrome ball? When are you gonna tow something with that thing??? The old Land Cruiser with straight six (awesome torque) was on its own platform. Toyota realized significant savings when they dropped the old Land Cruiser and replaced it with a dressed-up 4-Runner with added wheel well fairings and a V-8 and provided it as a Land Cruiser to the Land Cruiser faithful. After all, they full well realize that 99% of Land Cruiser sales are to suburban mall advetureres, and not used in the outback! They are wisely content to leave that market to Rover. The BIG question is why they didn't use the flagship SUV (Sequoia) as their Lexus model!

Only ride a jet ski if you're ready to buy I drove one for the first time a few years ago and was hooked. It doesn't take long to get comfortable on one, and by my second time out I was doing donuts at full throttle  They are a blast!
