A reciept? This phone was just replaced. That's why it"s new. I can send potential buyer esn # so they can check on it therselves. I can also try n get a receipt that this cell was replaced. If it is a refurb, it looks new to me. it still a helluva deal.

If you had read the link you sent me , that's for "New customers or Extended contracts". My phone is for people that don't want to extend contract or don't have upgrade option yet. Otherwise it' will be well over $300.

I will have the paperwork. I'm getting the cell tomorrow. Sprint had ordered me a replacement phone, but I just picked up another cell so I don't need this one. Once I trade in my old instinct I'm turning the new instinct off. Therefore a clean esn.
