I am moving outside the US to Jordan where power is not 110 v / 60 hz, so I am selling all my electronics. Include is this A/V receiver from Yamaha.

I've taken good care of it, never placed anything anywhere near the top of it where it could block ventilation, and I've always kept the remote controller in plastic wrapping when I used it. It still looks like it's brand new. I have the original box and documentation.
