Up for sale is a restored 1986 performer. Restored and passes as a 87 performer easily. If you want it to be a 86, just swap decals. It was restored and never ridden at all!!!!! Only used for display. Bike is mint and everything works. Everything is freshly restored or NOS. Hate to let this go, but Im ready for something new. I never get tired of looking at this bike. If you are the lucky buyer, I would gladly pay you $20 of my own money if you would let me ride it, since I never did.

Here are the specs. Project began in early 2008. Take a deep breath...

- 1986 gt performer frame, handle bars, mallet stem (polished), Serial number on frame is there but tough to decipher due to powder coat. I bought frame powder coated already,
- Decals are from a 1987 performer in green and yellow. 1986 and 1987 performer frames are identical except brake mounting points and serials. So this is easily passed as a 87.
- NOS complete dia compe 901 brakes in white with pots mod
- NOS tioga green laid back seat post
- NOS gt frame extender in green
- NOS Haro green gum wall tires
- NOS first gen victor bear claw pedals in green
- NOS green sugino chain spider
- NOS tioga chain wheel white/chrome
- NOS chrome front frame standers
- NOS cromoly crank
- NOS YST headset ( i have nos beartrap II headset available)
- NOS f.i.s mag wheels
- NOS chrome fork landing gear style ( I have a 1986 performer fork for this bike in orange that needs white powder available)
- NOS victor bottom bracket
- NOS Dominator seat white
- NOS odyssey rx2 seat clamp
- NOS chrome odyssey chain wheel bolts
- Retro AME grips triangles in green
- White KMC chain
- An extra set of stickers/decals for the bike included
