Needs to be in very good condition, no scratches on the screen, jailbroken, and unlocked.
Prefer to have the box, manuals, and cables if possible.
I don't want to get one from craiglists, prefer a CL member

friend has a prestine condition 3GS 16B black. he got the iphone 4 recently so the 3GS is sitting in the box. Has orig box and cables and paperwork. he is the original owner and has always been in a case.
