Momma is selling her Laptop........
My lovely mother has a pretty cool little laptop she's done with and wants to sell. She had it a year and now has an iPad so she doesn't care for a laptop anymore.
Dual booting 160gb hard drive
2gig ram, upgradeable to 4gig (I think)
1ghz processor
Win7/Win Xp
Three USB ports
Highly desireable and rare web cam option
VGA port
LAN port
Wireless Ethernet card built in
Bluetooth capable
Metallic black gold case (looks like sparkling black but has copper tine in sunlight......like a boss)
........all in a 10" mini PC.
ASUS EeePC 1000HD
She's looking for $175 and this dual booting 160gb with WEBCAM option is not easy to find. Many of them out there with 80gb and no webcam. It's a hawz. I got 10 minutes short of 2 hours out of the battery tonight while using the laptop with everything wide open (brightness, sound, etc). I know most people conserve on laptops and turn stuff down to get several hours, but I'm a desktop user so I ran it all wide open.
Held up pretty good!
For comparison here is on on ebay for $200 which has no webcam, Smaller 120gb HD, and only 1gb of ram, and no dual booting.
