iKit carbon-fiber look cover (really great)
Apple Smart Cover
Note: my name and phone number are engraved on the back (an option when buying from Apple. You won't see it when the iKit or other back cover is on and of course you could cover it with a sticker or remove it in some other way.
Price: $450 shipped (payment via paypal or credit card) - will discount the fee if you paypal as gift
