If it shares the same engine as the 06 tundra it would, but youd need bigger injectors and a way to tune it, Standalone or unichip. Anything past that I do not have any knowledge saying it will fit on other Lexus Toyota engines outside the 1/2uzfe family. But I know it was done on a 06+ tundra.
